Wavewrap®

WaveWrap® is based on a sheet of corrugated cardboard, in which the packaged goods are enveloped. All the sheets are coated with an adhesive on one side, which fixes the packaged goods to it without leaving gaps during packaging.

Because WaveWrap® wraps around the ware and gently fixes it onto the entire sheet, there is room for the sheet formats as long as sufficient overlap at the sides and on top is ensured.

PAPERplus® Papillon paper cushioning system

The special shape of the filling is protected by a patent. Pillows are very easy to shape and light, so they can be used either to fill empty space or to wrap individual items of a shipment. It quickly adapts to the products in the box and thus ensures reliable protection of the goods for shipment. It also makes unpacking easier for the addressee.

PAPERplus® Classic GE and Classic paper cushioning system

If PAPERplus® Classic paper cushions are made of paperClassic GE, then less material is used for the same volume of paper cushion. This protective packaging is suitable for medium to heavy packaged goods. The reduced material consumption of PAPERplus® Classic paper cushions made from Classic GE paper enables cost-effective solutions for filling the voids of heavy shipments. For heavy to very heavy objects, they are offered paper pillows made of paperClassic reaching maximum density.

PAPERplus® Chevron paper cushioning system

With PAPERplus® Chevron paper pillows, less paper is needed to fill the empty spaces in the package. The yield results from the large volume of the crumpled paper hose. The flexible effect of the compressed tube provides a very good cushioning effect even for medium-weight products. The padding belt can be flexibly shaped and effortlessly used for various wrapping techniques. At the point of perforation every 7 cm, it can be easily separated without the need for cutting. Air and paper – a smart combination for lightweight protective packaging.

PAPERplus® Shooter paper cushion system:

The PAPERplus® Shooter transforms single-layer kraft paper into multi-layer paper cushioning at maximum speeds, which you can use to fill cartons and block and brace products. The PAPERplus® Shooter can produce up to 3.7 meters of paper cushioning in a single second. The system is available as a free-standing or tabletop model, both of which are exceptionally easy to use.
