Impulse packaging machine SMS
The SMS model impulse sealing machine is designed for sealing bags that have already been filled in as well as for bags from a polyethylene tubular film. During the sealing process, the bars are pressed down electromagnetically. The sealing cycle is regulated by adjusting the sealing process and the cooling process. The packaging film behind the weld itself is cut with an integrated knife. After the sealing cycle, the sealing window opens automatically.
The impulse sealing system welds bags from PE, PP etc. materials.

The SMP model impulse sealing machine is designed for packaging free-flowing products into polyethylene tubular film. The sealing windows are closed manually or via a foot switch. Sealing windows are being held down during the sealing process through an electromagnet. The sealing cycle is regulated by adjusting the sealing process and the cooling process. The packaging film behind the weld itself is cut with an integrated knife. After the sealing cycle, the sealing window opens automatically.

The vertical packaging machine is designed for sealing bags that have already been filled. This sealing system welds bag types such as PE, PP, (OPP, CPP), cellophane, aluminum packaging film etc. at a constant temperature level. A bag that has been filled is directed towards this application.
The packaging device automatically takes over the bag and thanks
to the help by the rotation cylinders, the sealing takes place at a constant temperature.
