The pallet magazines/ pallet dispensers in the PALOMAT Stand Alone line is designed for companies, who have a need for handling empty pallets at floor level. The PALOMAT is an independent unit, which adds efficiency to your pallet handling and at the same time protects your employees from inappropriate manual heavy lifting.

PALOMAT® Greenline
Fully automatic pallet stacking or removal. PALOMAT® Greenline detects pallets using photosensors. Subsequently, the pallets are fully automatic one by one stacked or removed. The PALOMAT® Greenline can only be operated manually via the touch panel if there is to be a change from the stacking function to
pallet removal or vice versa. Otherwise PALOMAT® Greenline works fully automatically.

PALOMAT® 5
Semi-automatic stacking or unloading of pallets. Insert or remove 1 to 5 pallets at a time into the machine. PALOMAT® 5 must be activated manually each time it is to perform a certain function; after clicking the Reset button and then Start, PALOMAT® performs the stacking or unloading function. During stacking, the machine is always ready to receive 1 to 5 pallets.

PALOMAT® Adjustable
Two pallet sizes in the same hopper. PALOMAT® Adjustable allows you to handle pallets of 1200x800 mm and 1200x1000 mm in the same hopper. Change from one other pallet size takes about 5 seconds. The PALOMAT® Adjustable is fully automatic , manually operated via the touch panel only if there is to be a change from the stacking function to pallet removal or vice versa.

PALOMAT® Double Up
Fully automatic stacking or removal of pallets in a 1 + 1 manner . PALOMAT® Double Up detects pallets using photosensors. Subsequently, the pallets are fully automatically stacked or removed in a 1 + 1 pallet at a time. Please note that the PALOMAT® device Double Up only allows handling in the manner of 1 + 1 pallet at a time - not handling one pallet at a time. This applies to stacking and removing pallets from the stack.
